Tacianna believes that most problems were once solutions.  Through her authenticity, easy rapport, and sense of humor, Tacianna works with you to identify patterns of thinking and behaving that may be making it difficult to be present, meet your goals, and connect with others around you. 

Tacianna focuses on creating a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship, discovering and utilizing personal strength. She adapts her approach to what you want and need, and aims to help you build healthier relationships with yourself and others. Generally, Tacianna works from Cognitive Behavioral and Interpersonal Process models and incorporates cultural sensitivity and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques.

With her gentle directness and down-to-earth style, Tacianna provides counseling for late adolescents (17+), adults, and couples, to provide support to recover from interpersonal loss and trauma, overcome mood struggles, cope with anxiety, and adjust positively to life transitions. She has significant clinical experience working with young adults, college students, depression, anxiety, adjustment, relationship issues, and perinatal mental health.  

Tacianna is a licensed psychologist who received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. Tacianna completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University at Buffalo’s Counseling Services, an APA accredited program.

Melanie Weber, Psy.D

Melanie has experience providing therapy, assessment, and consultation services to young children, adolescents, young adults, and  families,  in community mental health and school-based settings.  She specializes in the counseling and comprehensive diagnostic assessment of children, adolescents, and young adults. Through assessment and diagnosis, Melanie aims to develop a sense of her clients’ complex problems and unique needs.

Melanie works with her client and their families to develop a complete picture of functioning, enhancing accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. She focuses on understanding her clients’ strengths as well as their areas for growth and intervention. She also strives to understand who they are as a whole person and utilizes her strength in building connection and rapport to provide a safe and caring environment when working together. Melanie has expertise and training in several areas including psychoeducational assessment, mental health assessment, and assessment and diagnostic clarification of complex behavioral difficulties.

Melanie received her Psy.D.  in School/Clinical Psychology from Roberts Wesleyan College (University). She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Newfane High School and her Postdoctoral experience at Renew Hope and Healing alongside her position in Webster Central School District.
